Rebates are managed by third-party companies, which limits the extent to which we at New Belgium can assist you with rebate issues. However, we can offer some
tips to help you get started in the right direction!
First, please know that rebate offers require a Paypal
or Venmo account to claim your reward.

This will take you through the steps to redeem our current text-to-rebate offers, as well as link you to common inquiries and
rebate support contacts. You may need to scroll down to the bottom of the page for further instructions.
If you are having issues, please reach out to one of the emails below based on the rebate you are trying to redeem:

If you are inquiring about an offer through a specific
loyalty app*
*“in-app” offers that are only available to those who shop within the app, ex: Kroger

1. The name of the loyalty app.
2. The date you tried
to redeem the offer.
