As a reminder, New Belgium rebates are managed by third-party companies. Here are some commonly seen issues to check before reaching out to customer support:
1. Receipt submission is from a non-participating state.
2. The photo of the receipt is blurry or does not meet the offer's requirements for the cash-back dollar amount. This could be due to the wrong pack size, wrong brand, low overall receipt total, etc.
3. The limit per household cannot be exceeded per offer and cannot be redeemed multiple times on one receipt.
4. The offer has expired or has not started.
5. The same receipt is submitted more than once.
6. Make sure you are shopping in the store that was selected when clipping any offers.
7. Check that the offer was clipped on the site or in the app before making a purchase.
8. Input loyalty information at checkout. Not doing this may result in the offer not being redeemable.
9. The offer may not be redeemable at the time of purchase if the purchase requirements of the offer were not met. This could be due to the wrong quantity, pack size, or brand purchased.
10. PayPal or Venmo may not be set up correctly
11. Not having the account set up as 21+.
