Returns, Exchanges, Shipping, and more!

When can I expect to receive my order? Do you offer expedited shipping?

While we don’t offer expedited shipping, orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days and generally arrive 2-3 days after that. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding these holidays:

Due to high volume of orders during holidays and sales, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We partner with FedEx for shipments, so, unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes at this time.


Can you ship internationally?

While we don’t offer international shipping on our website, we can sometimes make an exception on a case-by-case basis. Reach out through our Contact Page and we’ll see what we can do.

 

How much does shipping cost?  

Shipments under $65 ship with FedEx OneRate for the lowest possible cost.  See the final cost at checkout before completing your order.

 

Can you ship me beer? 

If you live in the right state, you can have some beers sent straight to you.  Find out more here.

 

Can I track my package?

Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email with a link to track the package!

 

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payment with any major credit card.

 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Your order may be modified or canceled up until the time your shipment confirmation has been generated and sent to you.  If you need to do so, reach out to us through our Contact Page using the Online Merchandise form.


Can orders be returned or exchanged?

We want you to love your New Belgium gear! If you’re not happy with a product, and it has not been washed or worn, it can be mailed back to the address listed at the bottom of the packing slip within 30 days of purchase.
  1. Please include a note that explains whether you'd like to return the item or exchange it for another size.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a service with tracking to ensure we receive your return.
  3. If you have requested a refund, the amount refunded will include any taxes paid on the original purchase but will not include any shipping costs paid on the original purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment form and may take up to 10 days to reflect.
  4. If you requested an exchange New Belgium will pay the shipping cost of the replacement item.

 

Can I return goods purchased in brewery gift shops online? 

Items purchased online can only be returned to the online store and will not be accepted at our brewery locations and vice versa.

 

If I return an item, how long will it take for me to get a refund?

Assuming the item returned is still in new and good condition, you can expect a refund to be processed within 5 days of us receiving your return package. Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect.

Do you offer gift cards?

If you plan to visit our tasting room in Fort Collins, CO or Asheville NC, you can buy a gift card here.  Please note these gift cards are for use in-store only.
