Halloween The Game & Voodoo Slasher IPA Code Redemption Troubleshooting



We're excited to see so much enthusiasm surrounding our collaboration with Voodoo Slasher IPA and Halloween: The Game!

With that excitement has come a number of questions about redeeming both cosmetic and full-access game codes. Don't worry, we're here to help. Below, you'll find solutions to some of the most common redemption issues and answers to frequently asked questions.

Important Promotion Details: 
  • If you are not seeing the confirmation/code in you email inbox please look in you spam folder for an email from "amgcoupons" 
  • You must reside in the USA to redeem
  • Both promotions are only available on Steam
Cosmetic Code Redemption on Steam: 
  1. Open the Steam desktop or mobile application and log in.
  2. Click the Games menu at the top left of the window.
  3. Select Activate a Product on Steam...
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to type or paste your code.
In-Game Cosmetic Code Redemption: (after you have redeemed your code on Steam) 
  1. Log into HALLOWEEN: THE GAME and select GRAVEYARD from the Extras menu
  2. Select REDEEM CODE in the middle of the screen
  3. Enter your code to redeem your content
  4. To find content: 
    1. Voodoo Outfit
      • Menu Navigation: Main Menu> Characters>Civilians>Errc Dunn
      • Edit Loadout>Full Outfits>Select Voodoo Tint
    1. Voodoo Glasses
      • Menu Navigation: Main Menu> Characters>Civilians>Errc Dunn
      • Edit Loadout>Eyewear>Select Voodoo glasses
Full Game Code Redemption on Steam:   
  1. Open the Steam desktop or mobile application and log in.
