Asheville Tasting Room General Information

Asheville Tasting Room General Information

We are so glad to hear you want to come visit our brewery in Asheville, NC!

Street parking is offered near the brewery, along with two parking lots on site. Please refrain from parking in the gravel production lot behind the brewery.

We are open daily from 12-8 PM, with some exceptions. See our adjusted hours on our website.

If you need to reach us by phone, call 888-622-4044.

We do not require or accept reservations. We offer open seating inside & outdoors.

We have a variety of options available to tour our brewery.

Is the brewery kid-friendly?
Totally. All ages are welcome to experience the magic of New Belgium. For their safety, kiddos are asked to stay close to their adult(s). Some of our events are 21+, please check our events calendar before attending.

Are dogs/pets allowed?
We love (y)our furry friends! Well-behaved dogs & other pets are allowed in our Liquid Center but not on our tours. Pet parents must always accompany their four-legged companions on a six-foot hand-held leash.
  1.  You know your pet’s needs & personality best. We frequently host large events & live music that may be stressful for your particular fur-baby. Please check our events calendar before you decide to bring your pet for a visit.
  2.  We “enforce” a super-soft ten-bark max for K9's having an emotional day. If we notice your dog is stressed out, we may ask you to give them a break & return another day. We trust you to be as cool as your dog thinks you are.
Do you have a restaurant, food trucks, or can we bring our own food?
We do not have a restaurant on site, but we offer a cast of rotating food trucks daily. You are welcome to bring food of your own choosing. We ask that you properly dispose of any waste created.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer a guests Wi-Fi network free of charge. No password necessary.

Do you host live music?
Yes, we offer a variety of free and ticketed live music. Look to our events calendar and Instagram channels for more information.

Can I bring my own chair, tent, or yard games?
You are welcome to bring your own chairs and blankets to use on our lawn. Please be respectful of other guest’s space as you get comfy. Chairs and blankets are not allowed at every event that we host. Please check the details for each event before you attend.
  1. We provide shaded areas as best as we can. We do not allow guests to set up tents, umbrellas, or other shade structures on our premise
  2.  We love yard games! We provide a few yard game options and you’re welcome to bring your own. Please be respectful of those around you as you play.
What is your smoking policy?
We offer a designated smoking/vaping section outside on the Southside of our tasting room.

We recognize that our space is not as accessible as we want it to be. We are working on creating an inclusive and accessible space for all. If you run into challenges during your visit with accessibility or inclusivity and there is anything we can do to help, please let us know.
